We offer virtual tours! Please let us know if you prefer a virtual tour or an in-person tour. We are happy to accommodate either way! If you choose an in-person tour, please answer the following questions. Please note that if you answer yes to any of these questions, we will only be able to provide you with a virtual tour at this time.

1. Have you or anyone attending the tour been diagnosed with COVID-19? If yes, when was the last day of your self-quarantine?

2. Have you or anyone attending the tour traveled in the past 14 days? If yes, did you self-quarantine upon arrival to your final destination?

Upon entering the community, all touring parties must wear a protective face covering, as well as provide a government issued ID. In response to the Coronavirus (COVID-19) situation, we are practicing social distancing and only allowing 3 people per tour.

1001 South State has partnered with Checkpoint ID to provide real-time identity authentication services. A valid government-issued photo ID is required for all parties over the age of 18 touring the property. This includes U.S., Mexican and Canadian driver's licenses or U.S. and International passports.

Moved here from a former apartment building in the area and the difference is astounding! The moment I walk in it had a "home" feel with dogs playing and people laughing. The door staff is as nice as they come "Nikia is awesome" and the office staff is extremely helpful. Moreover, the amenities are literally insane! 40th floor rooftop view is mindblowing. We recently moved in and were impressed with how seamless 1001 made the move-in process. Everyone from the Leasing Office to Front Desk has been friendly and offered excellent customer service from our initial tour to move-in day. We had a couple minor maintenance requests, and they were taken care of right away. We appreciate the quick responsiveness from the office (specifically Nicholas)! We are happy that we chose 1001 as our new home.
