Q: Is 1001 Pet friendly? If yes, are there any pet fees or restrictions?

Q: Is the location commuter friendly?
A: Yes, we're located right in the South Loop, with multiple bus routes and major train lines - including Red, Orange, and Green Lines, as well as major bus routes such as the #146 Marine Drive, #3 King Drive, and #12 Roosevelt. 

Q: Is there bike storage?
A: We do have bike storage on-site. It's complimentary to all our residents and there is no waitlist needed.

Q: Are there any fitness amenities?
A: We have a complimentary 24/7 gym available to all residents and their guests. It includes a full range of equipment, including weights. cardio machines, a studio space, and a boxing area. 

Q: Are utilities included?
A: Utilities are not included in the base rent shown online. Rates vary depending on the floor plan. Please check out our pricing sheet and rent calculator here to find the rate for the unit that best fits your needs!

Q: Is there street parking?
A: There is street parking around the building. However, we do have parking on-site managed by SP+ Parking. Check out the parking rates on our Fee Guide here. 

Q: Is there in-unit laundry?
A: There are full-size washers and dryers in every one of our units. 

Q: Are there any deposits?
A: We don't require any deposits. The only fees are application fee and administrative fee. These two fees reserve the unit and begin the application process. 

Q: Is there a maintenance team?
A: There is maintenance on-site that works 7 days a week to conduct any work orders you may need.
